The National Mall |
March 22--Washington, DC--In the attempt to capture the Cherry Blossoms on the Tidal Basin and National Mall this year, things were quite different. The usual spot to park was closed down. Matter of tact most of the area around the Tidal Basin was closed to traffic. It was done to keep crowds smaller due to the coronavirus.

Peak Cherry Blossoms |
As an early bird, found a parking spot before sunrise near the Mall instead of closer to the Tidal Basin. The images made this year are different from previous years. It was all around the Washington Monument.
